No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Alts for almost 12 years. She and her staff (especially Annette) have alway's made us feel like a priority to them. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
