Office and staff are very organized. They always addressed any question I had. Nurses were extremely calming and informative. I have had previous treatment with another doctor, and this experience far exceeded my last experience. Thank you for making this experience as stress free as possible. Even the retrieval was better. I had pain with my last retrieval at the other facility. I had nothing with this one. My embryos were bettera better grade at this office. Appreciate all you have done.

Doctor Doody is owesome with his experience, and very professional, but only that he speaks less when one need him to explain something to the satisfaction of the patient.

The staff has been helpful and efficient during this process. My only suggestion is to be more informative about what the next appointment is going to entail. During our first IUI treatment cycle, we did not know what questions to ask and often felt in the dark during the process. The second cycle went much smoother from our perspective once we knew what to expect.

Dr. Kevin has put our minds at ease at every step of the way, especially as the pregnancy has gotten further along. He has kept us focused on a few key things to be mindful of or what our next step would be in the process. He and his staff have listened to our concerns and been responsive when we have reached out with questions. It has made us hopeful as we get ready to transition to an OB/GYN. The only downside is that we'll miss working with this team.

Exceptional overall experience since day one. The staff is caring, understanding, passionate about the patients and always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Huge thanks to both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Kathleen for their help getting us pregnant. Thank God for the Doody's :).

I feel that they could do a better job of following up with the patient. I think it would be more helpful if they could follow up with other doctor's offices involved with the treatment instead of having the patient. Other than that, I have been satisfied.
