their customer service is terrible. The patients were not admitted in order or by appointment even though they have the appointment. I thought may be it was just that day but this is my second time here that I have the same problem. I have to wait from half to an hour each time. Worst of all, they let other to go in first. When I asked, the staff said she didn't know and it only 15' minute late (in fact it was exactly 23 minutes). I believe they were trying to reschedule the patients without their knowledge, in order to accommodate the other facility across the street Anyway, I will not come back to this place if I can help it.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
