Yoga Vie

At Yoga Vie, our goal is to create a truly accessible, humble space where the growth and practice each student is the focus. Our hope is that any level of practitioner can come in, be challenged, learn, grow, and feel like their time at Vie is a wonderful way to release stress and develop strength and steadiness in their bodies, hearts, and minds. We are passionate about teaching and helping other people realize their highest potential. We’ve created a studio where all teachers and all styles of yoga are honored and respected, equally. The studio will open 15 minutes before class and close 15 minutes after weekly classes. Parking is tricky, there are a couple of spaces on the street, but our parking lot is located next to Stillman's Dry Cleaning (it's less than a block walk).
