My psychiatry private practice is currently focused on performing second opinion and expert consultations for referred individuals.
• I deliver personalized, up to date psychiatric and wellness consultations, in a private, serene and confidential outpatient setting. I review pertinent documents prior to each evaluation & share practical, individualized recommendations to enhance their current treatment plan.
• My timely & targeted reports include personalized strategies to clarify the diagnosis & update the assessment & management options.
• The referring professionals discuss, select & implement the bio- psychosocial strategies I outline in my securely transmitted reports.
• I am boarded in adult and geriatric psychiatry but I do assess older adolescents.
• I have extensive experience preparing competency (DMAT) assessments.
• I am not a participating provider in commercial insurance plans. Individuals may seek reimbursement for a portion of my consulting fees using the final Superbill provided. I am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider.

Interests: My three goals for my second opinion, competency and expert psychiatric consultations are: to be available in a timely manner, to "custom fit" each evaluation to meet the specific needs of every individual she assesses, and confidentially deliver specific personalized recommendations to the referring licensed professional.
I have been fortunate to receive very positive and rewarding feedback from the patients I have treated and the recommendations I have outlined for referring providers. My goal is to be a "fresh set of eyes and ears" for clinicians without a psychiatric focus, or mental health providers with less years of clinical experience or a narrowed focus to benefit from my interest in staying up to date and sharing my cumulative knowledge to maximize the functional capacity of the individuals under their guidance.
