Affinity Home Care is fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as Home Care Services Agency and are fully insured. We put all the efforts to make sure that we provide the best caregivers and the best service to each and every one of our clients. It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our patients, their families, and the communities we serve.
All our caregivers are the employees of our company who are screened, trained, bonded and insured. The agency handles hiring, firing, training, all taxes and other employment obligations such as workers’ compensation, liability coverage, and addressing performance issues.
We specialize in live-in and full time (1 shift, 2 shifts or 3 shifts) live-out care ONLY. 8-10 hours a day, 40 hours a week minimum for live-out services.
