I am a counselor who works with all ages of people. I work full time at a mental health agency and part time in a private office. My passion is helping others and I love listening and guiding. I work with all ages and give each person my full attention. I use many different methods, such as play therapy, video movies and CD's. I teach meditation and relaxation, parenting and psycho-education. I continue to learn through others and I read or research and go to classes to keep myself aware of new techniques.I teach CBT and early childhood mental health.
