I am Executive Consultant/leader for Drs. Rodan and Fields, the owners of Proactiv Solution. Our doctors are the doctors who created Proactiv. What they did for acne, they are now doing for aging/redefined skin in their new company, Rodan and Fields Dermatologist! A few years ago they developed an anti-age (now called Redefine) product line that they believe will take the place of injectables. Our products originally sold through a partnership with Estee Lauder, in high end department stores. In 2008 the doctors pulled the products from the glass counters and decided to sell through direct marketing. The doctors believe that buying habits have changed over the last few years and will continue to change in the future. They think buyers are now more in tune to buy over the Internet and through individual relationships.

Speaking of the business aspect, his is where you come in! We are launching a new division in all areas of the US and in 2014 we will be in Canada. We are seeking action oriented, success driven individuals to add to our winning team. I am currently looking for leaders to join my Executive Team and strong Sales Consultants who can grow and manage a sales team to help the growth of our company. Our goal is to have an organization in place when we go international next year (and the groundwork for international expansion beyond Canada has already begun.)
