Melissa Troast RYT 200

Melissa completed her 300hr Yoga Teacher Training through the American Yoga Academy in NJ, her Children's Yoga Teacher Training through Naturally Yoga, and Restorative and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings through the Pranakriya Yoga School. She is currently pursuing her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training through Pranakriya. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner and a DoTerra Wellness Advocate (#1167303). Melissa graduated from Ramapo College with a B.A. in History and teaching certificates in social studies and elementary education. She currently teaches yoga, as well as Kindergarten in Glen Rock, NJ.
