Hello. My name is Terrance. I’m trying to become more health conscious. I had gastric bypass surgery on August 11th 2005. To date I have lost about 220 pounds. I have been slumping lately. It has been almost three years since the surgery, and I find that my old habits are coming back. I joined the site for support.
