Health and Wellness are vital to our lives. My husband was diagnosed with severe asthma at the age of one. After our marriage I knew our lives would need to change to better his condition. Honestly I never realized how the simple things in life could affect your living so easily. In a matter of a week I noticed a difference in his breathing and less attacks.
