I am a freelancer and wellness lifestyle enthusiast. I also dream up ideas at Pillowz Design, a small manufacture of throw pillows and I wrote a book on great gift giving with the hope of helping as many people in their efforts to offer moments of happiness to their loved ones.

I have a wonderful son, a beautiful family and I am always trying to find new ways to keep ourselves happy and healthy.

I left the finance corporate world a few years ago so I could better take care of my family, follow my interests and continue to learn and grow.
