Jessica Puckett

Dr. Jessica Puckett, DACM, L.Ac, is a native Memphian and licensed acupuncturist specializing in the treatment of pain, orthopedic injury, sports performance and cosmetic acupuncture. She has a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and over 12 years of clinical experience and takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of pain. Personally, Jessica offers acupuncture, electrotherapy, photobiomodulation, cold laser, dry needling, herbal medicine, and other manual therapies to alleviate pain. She also strongly believes in integrative medicine and works closely with a select group of MDs, Chiropractors, and other specialist to comprehensively treat and eliminate pain and dysfunction after injury.

Jessica is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), licensed by the State of Tennessee Medical Board in Acupuncture, and has advanced certifications in Pain Management/Orthopedics and Cosmetic Acupuncture. Jessica initially discovered the benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine over fifteen years ago after a bad shoulder injury snowboarding while living in Vail, Colorado. She was referred to an experienced Acupuncturist by her Orthopedic physician and experienced the incredible rapid pain relief and healing ability of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. After this positive experience, Jessica dedicated her career to learning how to help others obtain relief from acute and chronic pain through noninvasive and non-pharmaceutical interventions. Her special interest lies in using acupuncture as a first-line treatment to prevent surgery, or if surgery is necessary, to reduce pain and speed rehabilitation post-operatively and chronic pain conditions.
