Dr. Alex Dolgov

Dr. Alex Dolgov was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Shortly after, his family immigrated to the United States and settled in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Alex started his childhood and early career focusing on swimming. He earned an athletic scholarship at Wright State University, where he also obtained his Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Chemistry. Dr. Alex continued on and completed his doctoral degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Aside from his academic achievements, Dr. Alex was a former national qualifying swimmer and team captain at WSU. Additionally, he is a 10-time Horizon League Conference champion and a 3-time MVP. He even had the opportunity to compete against the greatest Olympic swimmer of all time, Michael Phelps.
