In 2010, I began professional studies at Educating Hands School of Massage, with a curriculum rooted in integrative therapies and health sciences. There, I developed a deep curiosity about the nervous system and its connection to physical tension, chronic stress, and discomfort.
Building on that foundation, I certified in the IMX Pilates and Fitness program, a contemporary approach influenced by traditional Pilates and the Alexander Technique (a neurological approach to refining posture and movement). It was through this foundation that I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method, a practice that finally explained why discomfort often returns despite stretching, strengthening, or relaxation.
Recognizing its potential, I began the four-year professional training of the Feldenkrais Method in 2017. Since my start in the wellness field, our understanding of how the brain stores and processes information has advanced significantly, and it’s now widely recognized as a key factor in chronic discomfort.
As the science continues to evolve, I stay engaged in Feldenkrais graduate programs that deepen my understanding of the nervous system, human development, and how learning shapes movement and well-being.
