Care Plan Inc provides compassionate, concierge-level in-home care services for seniors, veterans, and families across Southeast Michigan. Our mission is to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while receiving high-quality care in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. With a dedicated team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) supported by experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), we deliver personalized care designed to meet each client’s unique needs.

Our Concierge In-Home Senior Care service offers premium daily living support for seniors transitioning home after hospitalization or needing extra assistance with everyday activities. Caregivers provide personal care, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship, and emotional encouragement, all under clinical oversight to ensure safety and peace of mind for families.

We also proudly offer Veterans Home Care, delivering VA-certified non-medical services tailored to honor those who have served. Our caregivers assist with personal care, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, housekeeping, and social engagement, ensuring veterans receive respectful, compassionate support while maintaining independence at home.

Through Michigan Home Help and Homemaker Services, Care Plan Inc also supports eligible families with essential daily living assistance, including light housekeeping, meal planning, shopping, errands, medication reminders, and transportation. These services are available through Michigan’s Medicaid waiver program, bringing our concierge-level standards to accessible home care programs.
