More than 10 years of experience and Licensed as a Massage Therapist! My style of massage includes Neuromuscular massage therapy and Deep Tissue blended with a Swedish movements and customized pressure to your preference. I use many different techniques to reach your goals, wether they be injury rehab, increased range of motion, pain management, or escape and relaxation. I have more than 1,200 hours of education from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy(2002) and continuing education. I have experience in spas, chiropractic, and physical therapist’s offices. I also speak Sign Language for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.


Educating my clients about how they can be proactive in their health is a priority. I became a therapist in order to help people break the pain cycle just as massage helped me do so many years ago when I had regular migraines. I get personal fulfillment when a client tells me the massages I give make such a difference in their life!
