I teach authentic Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore style, in a semi-private format, in Yoga Studio. Yoga Studio is a beautiful warm welcoming space for lease to independent yoga instructors, personal trainers, massage therapists, and anyone who would "fit" in the space. Space is leased in 2 hour increments on a month-to-month basis, or for temporary workshops.
