We are centrally located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania between Bala Cynwyd and Wayne. Focus Fitness of the Main Line is a premiere, one of a kind studio embracing many schools of Hatha Yoga including: Anusara, Ashtanga, Hot, Kripalu, Power, Pranakriya, Vinyasa and Yin.
A unique offering at Focus Fitness of the Main Line is the “YeS” class, Owner, Allison Sobel’s, signature combination Yoga and Spinning class. The intense cardio of indoor cycling is followed by the meditative and restorative element of yoga.
