We offer over 30 classes per week in yoga, Pilates, strength training, stability ball, belly dance and Nia (the hottest trend in holistic fitness -- a combination of dance, martial arts and healing arts -- it changes your body and your life!)

We also have a personal gym with Life fitness equipment. Personal training is free with membership.
