My mission is to bring Health and Wellbeing to the Hendersonville area. I’m a graduate of the Asheville Yoga Center where I completed the 250 hour Yoga certification program with Stephanie Keach. I went on to further my education and receive my massage licence at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga. My massage office is located in the beautiful Brightwater Yoga where I also teach private yoga sessions.
