I am a work at home mom of 4 beautiful children, and a wonderful husband. My current obsession is health and wellness....nutritional healing, raw and living foods, safe and non-toxic products for my home. I just can't enough information....I want more, more, more. If I can help prevent my kids, and myself from getting cancer or some horrible disease by simple lifestyle changes, I'm all over that! The problem is...most people don't know just how much they are putting themselves at risk. Sure people try to eat right and exercise....but there is this whole other dimension of the toxins we are exposed to everyday....mostly in our own homes. I am so passionate about sharing that with people. I would love to talk to anyone about it.
