I'm a devoted wife and a mother of 3 beautiful blessings! I spent the last 15 years of my life living the rat-race as a public school teacher and soccer mom; living in drive-thru lines watching myself, as well as my children, getting heavier and sicker every year. I finally said enough when I was told I was pre-diabetic and if I didn't do something to change my lifestyle I would be one of the millions taking medications to control my health. ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH!
