“I love to approach therapy as an opportunity to develop healthy relationships based on honesty and trust where clients can grow and explore new opportunities without fear of judgement. I provide individual and family counseling services for children, adolescents and adults. I do not like to use "labels" in a therapeutic relationship. I feel that labels are restrictive and my goal is to expand the possibilities for each person or family that I work with.
When we meet, I will take the time to get to know what makes you and your situation unique and we’ll decide together what direction therapy will take.
I consider it my privilege to work with individuals/families from diverse backgrounds (i.e. ethnicity, gender, sexuality) who have decided to focus on personal growth and positive change.”
