Linda Spreeman

I am Linda Spreeman, King of Prussia, PA. Embracing many facets of wellness is important to me. This includes, but is not limited to: food and cooking, going to the gym or taking a walk, wonders of technology, mental wellness and how that affects our wellbeing while continuing to learn, and volunteering while #giving back.

I am a proud, active loving mother of two daughters and a grandmother.

As of January, 2023 I am proud to say that I have retired as an Executive Administrator having working in many industries over my wonderful, super-charged rewarding career.
