With over twenty years of experience as a medical nutrition therapist, I provide Nutrition Education, Individual and Family Consultations as well as Group Programs, Worksite Wellness Programs, Public Speaking Engagements and Workshops. Specializations include: weight management, disordered eating, sports nutrition, wellness and disease prevention for all lifestages, pediatric nutrition, addiction recovery support, and medical nutrition therapy for all general diseases.
