I am a Certified Personal Trainer with 12 years of experience in the fitness industry; I offer personal fitness and health solutions in Westport, Norwalk, Fairfield County and surrounding communities. I am conveniently located at Fitness Works by the Westport Playhouse .
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Exercise Science from Charter Oak State College. I’ve also expanded my education at Southern Connecticut State University, Western Connecticut State University and Springfield College. My certifications include NASM, NSCA, RTS, APEX and Renegade Training. I spent 8 years as a Master level trainer at the Fitness Edge in Norwalk, Connecticut.
