I work at a hospital. The fitness center is located in a buiding that is attached to the main hospital so it's not like its out of my way, but my problem is finding time. I work 3:30 to midnight. The gym is not 24 hours, unfortunately. I would love to go when I get off work. As it is I drive 45 miins. and dont get home till close to 1am. I get up at 7am and take my kids to summer school, then come home and lay down for a few hours. By the time I get up and get anything done around the house its time to leave for work again. I try to leave here around 12:30 or 1:00, so I can get to the gym around 1 or 1:30. That gives me about an hour or a little more to work out. Then I have to head to the shower, get ready and across to the other building to work. Been going 3 time a week at least. Feel good whem I go. In a way I dread it but another part of me likes it and looks forward to going. I can feel a difference in my posture more than my waistline right now but I know that will come. Thinkin about getting a personal trainer. 30 mins or 1 hour is the question. I think I can do 30 mins. 1hour scares me. The whole thing scares me but I would like someone to help me, or maybe push me.
