Robert E. Martin, J.D., CEAP, received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Human Services from SUNY-Empire State College. He has over 19 years of substance abuse treatment experience. Bob is a certified Employee Assistance Professional and has spoken at the EAPA national conferences. He has worked for various community substance abuse programs, most recently serving as Program Director for CMC-Mercy Horizons for the past 14 years.
