So many times i see my friends they are rich, have not to worry about their future, party all night, can spend money like flowing water, ok even SEX that has been given a fun tag is also a part of their whole environment but then still i dont find them happy they are always unhappy for some or the other reason, depressed at time, lonely and truly all the things mentioned above is not helping them at all and this is affecting their health. I see them drinking mugs on mugs of beer, hooking up with variety and still searching for something probably that could reat their restless soul. So is this called living life kingsize. Life today is given so many meanings that people have somewhere lost the true meaning of it. For me life is something that is when i get up in the morning something within me tells me that the day today is going to be the best day of my life. So many times i have seen people feeling jealous the rich because they feel that their day starts with the carpet of roses and ends with the fragrant candles around their bed but have u ever thought the carpet of roses will also be having thorns and the fragrant candles are going to melt so what sense does it make of being jealous of them probably they may at times want a life like the others. So i have feel that people should live their life with ease, happiness, positivity, and above all should look at everything with a smile because if the start is with a smile the end would definitely be good. i know you can just be smiling to every situation that comes across your way but even by getting depressed or trying to search for other means would not help thats more of running away from the situation which would probably make things worse. So people SEX which ull thing is fun is not really a stressbuster but infact can lead to many other new tentions and remember money can never buy happiness. So in the end as my blog is all about living happy and living healthy is to say that if your happy you can be healthy because a happy mind is a healthy mind and a healthy mind makes a healthy body.
