Regular massage therapy keeps you healthy.

In my 21 years of experience, I still have clients I see every week that have been with me this entire time. They hardly ever get sick! I remember an article that Life magazine released (a cover story) in 1993 on the healing aspects of Massage Therapy. I still have the article for a matter of fact: "Massage Therapy Saves Lives".

They studied the effects of regular massage therapy on AIDS patients, and discovered that their immune sytems were enhanced by 50%. I always say, if it can do that for them, think of what it will do for you!

Many people in today's world are more concerned with how they look than how healthy they are. For example, many people exercise in order to look good, not always because it keeps them healthier.

People will spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars on BOTOX or other hopefully "Fountain of Youth" serums, get their hair done with amazing highlights, tan, facials, plastic surgery, you name it, and will feel guilty about getting a massage.

The truth is, we are never more beautiful than we are healthy, centered and balanced in our lives. It all comes from within. Our culture has us all crazed with trying to fit the bill, fill the void, and we lose sight of everything that truly matters. When it comes right down to it, without our health, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS!

Massage Therapy is one very nice and simple way we can balance our Body, Mind and Spirit, balance the energy meridians and remove toxins from our tissues and lymphatic system. Why, doesn't that matter more? At least enough to invest in our health and well-being.

Part of why, in my opinion, is that many people have not had a great massage! Not all massages are created equal and there's only one way to know if any therapist is right for you. You must have a treatment. But, how do you know what's good unless you've experienced great? You don't. Longevity, experience and natural born talent are what create a great massage therapist, not the massage school they went to.

I offer incredible discounts on the first three massages just so I can encourage people to give it a try. I usually contain my clients even after one session. I love what I do and plan to be around for many great years.
