Feeling Worthy has Wonderful Health Benefits.

The Universe or God or Source does not decide who is worthy and who isn't. It doesn't  shower gifts upon those who have deemed themselves good and give heartache to those who judge themselves bad or unworthy. The universe is consistent. It will bring you everything you feel you deserve. Not everything you think you deserve but everything you feel you deserve.

The most treasured gift we can bestow upon our children is one of worthiness. To feel loved teaches our children they are worthy. But ultimately it is not up to us to change how anyone feels.  It is up to us to chose how we want to feel.  How we want to perceive a thing, a person and a lifetime. In so doing, we inspire others along the way. Not because we want to change people, just because feeling good is the best thing we can do for ourselves. For our health, for the people around us who share our joy and our sorrow.
