I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
