This office is unprofessional, their medical records are inadequate, and their medical care dangerous. My child was being treated for acne. They prescribed a medication that was contraindicated for his medical history and with his medications. They called 2 days later to say don't take it and when questioned they got defensive and rude and later lied and told other family members that we were ugly to the PA/NP when she was not even the person we spoke to on the phone. When we went to get medical records to take with us to a new dermatologist they said they do not document their phone calls in their electronic medical record, so the documentation to say they withdrew from recommending this dangerous drug for our child doesn't exist. I do not recommend them to anyone!!#
