The staff was so friendly, which I really appreciated. It made me feel so welcome. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. The temperature was perfect! Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me.

I don't understand the negative reviews I have read for this physician. She not only answered my questions, but actually looked at me when I spoke to her, something many of my other physicians just don't do anymore. She was one of the nicest physicians I have been to of recent and never once made me feel inferior to her. I was actually surprised to find her so pleasant after reading some of the previous reviews.

I would highly recommend this doctor.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
