The staff is very courteous. Ms Linda and Ms Mitsie are very nice on the phone and in person. They've always been ready to see me at my scheduled appointment time. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Every time I call and leave a message, they always get back to me within a couple of days. It's nice not having to wait.

One complaint, the waiting room is a bit cramped with furniture. This makes it hard to get around when you in a wheelchair. They should move at least one of the over-sized chairs out of the room to accommodate someone in a wheelchair.
