They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
