This is definitely a very highly qualified and very experienced doctor, the best allergologist I ever met in USA so far. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
