They tried to make an effort to be kind of friendly throughout my appointment, but I wasn't very impressed because obviously forced and business focused.
They didn't help me much as for 97% of the time spent in the office, he was just a talk - the remaining time, he cracked my back twice (you be the judge...). Be aware of what you sign and God forbid you miss an appointment due to an emergency and you can't call in - they're all over that to make a quick buck (how cheap and shameful) , yet they don't give you the courtesy of an appointment card or simple automated phone-call reminder.
Waste of time and money - absolutely not recommended!
