I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff here is very personable and friendly. They try to make all patients feel welcome. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Kaufman takes his time with me, listens, and asks pertinent questions. He is kind, gentle and absolutely knowledgeable in all areas.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
