worst ime insurance biased eval I have ever seen in medical career! this man has no intent on actually helping anyone but his own interest in money from pay off from work comp evals that are not truthful at all: he staes that everone he sees is okay to go to work fulltime in many cases I have found to be a victim of his fraud in 2015! this is such a poor way to earn money: by hurting people that are truly sick and diasabled for years: this puts the worker in a very sticky bind with insured company and work comp. I should have known what kind of eval this was: ive had many ime evals and all were okay unti; this last one with cosgrove: I'm going to follow up with insurance commission and governor with letters on his ethics and practice.
