I was really glad that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, which a couple of other places I've been to have done. They told me to take all the time I needed to think it over. Their equipment seemed very safe and sophisticated. Everything was high-quality and well taken care of. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. My breast reduction look horrible. He left me with a c and a b cup. Then he operated again and my nipples are placed over an inch and a half apart....I look like a freak now. Don't go there.

No, they made sure that I would have my procedures on separate days to reduce the risk
