Dr Dailey billed my elderly mother $125 to remove an eyelash! Shevwas given a refraction exam BEFORE and after cataract surgery, thus being charged twice. He directed us to his optical department for glasses that "might help her see a little better". We were also charged $15 to fill out a simple 1page insurance form and had to enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
