They really go above and beyond to make us feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They offer good medical suggestions as well as common sense suggestions to make my son feel better when there is no straight answer. They have gone above and beyond EXPECIALLY for my "complex care" child and gave good guidance to deal with our doctors at CHOP!!!!!!!!
