After a simple drive from my home I arrived at this office to find free curbside valet service. No parking worries and I would be on time! The office staff was kind, courteous and helped me sort through my insurance and offered tips to help me in the future. I became less stressed. Moments later I was greeted by a pleasant medical assistant who actually walked with me, at my pace to the exam room. Wow! Within minutes the physician was in the room and she talked with me. When I described my symptoms this doctor knew exactly what I was talking about and put into words what I was experiencing. Eureka! She got it and this made me feel as though I was not alone. During each part of my exam this physician described not only what she was doing but what she was seeing and why it could be happening. How refreshing! She then took the time to fully explain what was causing the symptoms, why my body was exhibiting each behavior, and how frequently this was seen in other patients. I am not alone! This amazing physician then listed the common treatments, uncommon treatments, pros/cons, side effects and her opinion on each. My questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I was respected and together we developed a care plan that would address my illness while fitting my lifestyle. I left the appointment with a synopsis of our visit, my immediate treatment plan, a list of outside resources and a plan for the future. More importantly, I left the appointment knowing that I had a true and trusted warrior and team of soldiers fighting beside me. I am not alone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
