Calling the scheduling line is a joke. They rarely get back to you. There is no way to change an appointment without having to leave a message. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. The office visits are uncomfortable because Dr. Freeman regularly has interns in the appointment with him and he treats them terribly. I'm embarrassed for both doctors when I witness this. If you appointment is for 5PM, be prepared to wait until 6 to go to an exam room and 7 before you are seen.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wanted more answers. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
