I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.

After my child's appointment here, I told others looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. They've never used foul language, They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They answer my questions. I've had a pretty good experience.
