The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Something I didn't really like about this office was the waiting room chairs. They weren't too comfortable, and I expected more from a cosmetic surgeon's office. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't mind that they scheduled all of my procedures for the same day. Normally that might have bothered me, but all of my procedures were very simple, and could be done at the same time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
