I called Dr. Reinitz for some help with a couple of different ailments. He was not only eager to help but actually agreed to see me off-hours and called the pharmacy to be sure the prescription was correct. His manner was totally professional and helpful and I didn't feel like I was just another line item on the insurance bill.
