They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
